Description

The association initiates projects that combine environmental awareness with urban life through:
- sales of local and sustainable products,
- organizing conferences and permaculture workshops in partnership with others,
- setting up a compost bin with the help of neighborhood residents...

In the face of the global crisis, becoming a “consum-actor” is a solution within our reach.

Les Fruits de la Terre Bordeaux is part of this movement; the association aims to enable Bordeaux residents to consume responsibly and offers activities that foster humanistic values: volunteering, gardening, conferences…

At 118 Rue Mouneyra, Les Fruits de la Terre offers:
-
Fruit and vegetable baskets produced by "Les Saveurs du Bois Roc" in the town of Monestier. A professional reintegration association, entirely organic. Pick up on Wednesdays or Thursdays from 4:30 PM to 8:30 PM.
- Organic eggs from "La Poul ô Bio" in Noillac - Organic
artisanal bread from the Boiens bakery in Biganos - Organic
meat, delivered every 1–2 months from
the Menaubayle farm in Bieujac - A wide range of organic ingredients: honey, flour, oils, wines, beers, tomato sauce, cider, apple juice

Les Fruits de la Terre aims to contribute to building a more harmonious world by offering nature-friendly alternatives. We share two things: the Earth and the need to feed ourselves; we have the power to choose how to care for ourselves, others, and nature.

WORKSHOPS AND PROJECTS:

- The association offers “Hands in the Earth” workshops at the Jardin de la Béchade, introducing participants to permaculture in collaboration with the “Les Fûts de Tauzin” association, which is present on-site once a month.

- The association has initiated a neighborhood compost bin on Place Amédée Larrieu, and gardening boxes are in the works.

- We also publish a newsletter, written by our members, *La Feuille de Chou*, twice a year.

- We offer lectures on environmental topics featuring qualified speakers.
