Web application for geolocating abandoned items in order to forward the information to recovery and recycling facilities

About Us

Smart Cycle is a web and mobile app that helps locate abandoned or donated items in order to connect users and/or share information with various stakeholders in waste recovery and recycling, thereby encouraging the development of local waste recovery methods and helping to clear clutter from the streets.   

How the app works:  

1. Locate items in 3 clicks via Smart Cycle  
2. View items through search or alerts  
3. Connecting users and/or arranging for the pickup and reuse of the item   

Smart Cycle is an alternative and complementary recycling system

 The association’s top priorities are:

1) Develop local solutions for the recovery of urban waste and scrap.

2) Contribute to keeping cities clean by developing conceptual or technical solutions.

3) Support communities by facilitating their access to items at a fair price.

4) Use every means possible to facilitate the coming together and collaboration of people committed to solving today’s major environmental, social, and societal problems

5) To oversee the project management and development of technical and IT solutions necessary to achieve the Association’s mission.

6) To promote the concepts and tools developed by the Association and its members.

7) Raise awareness and educate the public and stakeholders about the concepts and tools developed and the challenges associated with their use.
