In summary: The PAM-TCM Network aims to connect producers of aromatic and medicinal plants (PAM), health practitioners trained in herbal medicine as described by Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), and a range of other professionals and enthusiasts at the intersection of these two fields.

Through documentary research, cultural exploration, and cultivation experiments, our objectives focus on the conservation of cultivated biodiversity and the dissemination of knowledge regarding the practical application of a pragmatic, resilient, and evolving herbalism, grounded in practices derived from Asian traditions.

In detail: The PAM-TCM Network Association is dedicated to cultural transmission and technical experimentation to promote the cultivation, in France and Europe, of high-quality Asian medicinal plants, with a focus on small-scale, sustainable, and relevant agriculture.

Its initial goal is to connect growers of aromatic and medicinal plants (PAM) with practitioners of traditional herbal medicine—particularly that derived from Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM)—within a shared framework of cultural transmission and technical experimentation (cultivation, processing).

More broadly, it is intended for any individual or organization interested in the research, experimentation, production, dissemination, and practice of local, pragmatic, and contemporary herbalism.

In 2025–2026, we will initiate experimental cultivation of several plants, including Scutellaria baicalensis, Salvia miltiorrhyza, Angelica dahurica, Codonopsis pilosula, and others.
