The E'SéME association is spearheading the ETRE (School of Ecological Transition) project in the western Aveyron region. This project aims to enable young people aged 16 to 25 to discover the challenges and careers related to the ecological transition and to receive training in these areas. Other initiatives led by the association: - fun days focused on ecology for 12–16-year-olds - introductory/training days for the general public - external presentations at events, meetings, etc.
Training programs:
The E’SéME school, a member of the ETRE network, currently offers two types of training: Discovery Courses and Pre-qualifying Courses.
The school aims to equip young people, according to the stages of their journey, so that they can take charge of their career choices and their social commitments.
The ETRE School in Ségala leads this regional initiative in Western Aveyron.
Finally, the support provided to young people and their post-training pathways are subject to evaluation and an impact assessment coordinated by the national ETRE network.
