promote and develop eco-mobility in rural areas

Founded in 2014 by Stéphane Pignal and supported by the Val de Drôme Community of Communes, Dromolib is a mobility agency based in Crest, on Rue Archinard. As a key player in the social and solidarity economy, the association is committed to promoting and developing eco-mobility in rural areas, thereby contributing to the transition toward more sustainable mobility.

By integrating into a regional dynamic, Dromolib brings together a network of over 200 partners, including local governments, associations, businesses, and public agencies, spread across the Drôme and certain neighboring departments.

The agency structures its work around four main areas:

• Outreach: organizing events, professional meetings, and creating educational tools.
• Support: assisting local governments, businesses, and schools with their sustainable mobility projects.
• Training: education through a bike school, eco-driving programs, and the training of mobility coordinators.
• Service management: implementation of concrete solutions such as electric bike rentals in Crest or car-sharing programs.
