Permaculture

Ciel Sur Terre (CST) is an organization dedicated to bringing together urban and rural residents of all generations. CST operates a vegetable garden and an orchard in southern Burgundy. It offers a unique take on permaculture.

By joining Ciel Sur Terre, you support this project—a collective initiative working in the spirit of permaculture, driven by a shared desire to learn how to live better together and, above all, to “work well together.” CST aims to raise awareness of permaculture by creating a space for exchange between city dwellers and rural residents, between generations, between those who know and those who want to learn (especially about the land), and between those who want to improve their ability to live with others in kindness and harmony. 

We have 2 hectares in southern Burgundy in Volesvres with vegetable gardens and an orchard, and we wish to welcome all those who wish to share. 

Our philosophy: to welcome, inform, explain the meaning, nourish the body healthily, share knowledge, listen, nourish the spirit, laugh, and smile.
