Nonprofit Organization for Environmental Education and Sustainable Development

Founded in 1984, the Atelier Bleu du Cap de l'Aigle is a nonprofit organization dedicated to environmental education and sustainable development that offers a range of activities, from professional training and hands-on educational programs for the general public to strategic support for local communities. Composed of a specialized team, its primary mission is to serve as a driving force in environmental awareness and education. It serves institutions, individuals, and professionals alike. 
Our association was awarded the CPIE (“Permanent Center for Environmental Initiatives”) certification in 1991. This designation is awarded by the National Union of CPIE, recognized as a public-interest organization and accredited by four ministries:

- Ecology and Sustainable Development,
- National Education,
- Youth and Sports,
- Agriculture.

ACTIVITIES FOR THE GENERAL PUBLIC

• Underwater Trails: Explore the underwater trails—a guided adventure into the heart of the Mediterranean’s marine biodiversity
• “Passeurs de Chemins” Walks: Join the “Nature and Culture” outings with Les Passeurs de Chemins: explore Provençal heritage, its biodiversity, and its history.

SCHOOL ACTIVITIES

Accredited by the Ministry of the Environment and recognized by several other ministries, including the Ministry of National Education, our CPIE has over 40 years of experience working with young people. 

Our CPIE and its team of experienced facilitators offer approaches tailored to each audience and develop educational tools and methods that empower participants to take an active role in their own discoveries.

Our educational team works closely with teachers:

• to collaboratively develop a school- or classroom-based educational project 
• to prepare school field trips, nature outings, and ocean-based field trips…
