  • The cultivation of agricultural land through market gardening and the planting of trees of all species and in all locations to promote biodiversity, food self-sufficiency, soil fertility, combat climate change, provide shelter from wind and sun, and store water and carbon, etc.
  • Supporting agricultural activities of all kinds in accordance with the principles of agroecology
  • Organizing cultural events and residencies for artists, intellectuals, and scientists to enliven the association’s activities and promote its work and principles, as well as to raise public awareness of the interdependence between humans and nature.
  • To foster social bonds and intergenerational exchanges.
  • To bring together stakeholders from diverse backgrounds who share a common goal and to develop innovative projects for their region by pooling resources, equipment, and expertise.

The activities of the association “  Des Jardins en Cascade” are open to anyone wishing to learn about gardening, participate in a project of public interest, break out of isolation, share expertise, contribute to community well-being, promote physical and mental health through a return to nature and the concept of seasonality, take action to create a sustainable and resilient community, and support the ecological transition.
