Advice Walk-in sessions with no registration required to answer your questions about the basic use of computers, phones, and tablets.

Are you having trouble? Can’t seem to use your computer or smartphone properly? We can take some time to work with you one-on-one to try to resolve the issue.

La Rebooterie offers digital counseling sessions to solve everyday problems: lost passwords, data management (photos, documents, etc.), email management, online procedures, and more.

The goal of this workshop is to help you become self-sufficient, which is why we take the time to explain each step to you.

The drop-in sessions are free and take place every Thursday from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Is your device broken, damaged, or experiencing a software glitch? Before calling a repair service, throwing it away, or buying a new one, come check out the workshop. Let’s work together to dispel the myth that repairing your computer or smartphone is impossible or only for experts!

At La Rebooterie, you’ll be guided by volunteers. You’ll also have access to professional tools so you can learn not only how to repair but also how to maintain your digital device on your own.

So, just as we do with other items, let’s give digital devices a second life and help reduce waste through repair.
