Educational activities in the Swiss countryside and fostering a connection with nature

The Liane Association (Les Incroyables Activités en Nature pour les Enfants) was founded in early 2015. Based in the canton of Neuchâtel, its members are driven by a passion for nature that they wish to share.

Liane is a project that allows children aged 6 to 10 and 10 to 13 in the Neuchâtel region to participate in educational activities in the countryside of our canton and thus forge a connection with nature, in a spirit of creativity and cooperation.

As we grow up, it is important to find our place in the world. To build self-confidence, what better way than to connect with the nature around us (plants, forests, insects, animals, etc.) and within ourselves (learning to express our feelings, strengthening our sense of security).

We guide your children through these discoveries, through play and for the development of their personalities!

Goals and Objectives

The Liane Association’s nature-based exchange and discovery activities and workshops aim to:

• Create a connection for city children with the rural environment and raise their awareness of the cultural diversity and biodiversity of the Neuchâtel region.
• Foster a spirit of creativity and cooperation while reinforcing a sense of security in natural spaces.
• Offer opportunities to explore natural environments and engage in activities related to environmental protection and the cultural heritage associated with nature.
• Offer a fun and enriching experience accessible to everyone.
• Promote eco-friendly behaviors that support sustainable development.
