Concrete initiatives to promote the green transition, sustainable food systems, and social cohesion

Founded in 2016 in Pierrefeu-du-Var, Pierrefeu Terres de Partage is a nonprofit organization that brings to life, right in the heart of the village, concrete initiatives promoting ecological transition, sustainable food systems, and community building.

Our mission? To foster sharing, pass on knowledge, and make ecology accessible to everyone. Over the years, the organization has launched several key projects for the region:

•         A community garden (open 7 days a week), a true hub for gathering and learning, which welcomes school classes and residents for environmental education and natural gardening.
•          A weekly market featuring organic and local producers, designed to support short supply chains, encourage responsible consumption, and highlight the expertise of our region.
•          A community-run neighborhood grocery store, promoting access to quality products while strengthening the local economy.
•          A community hub, a vibrant space dedicated to workshops, repairs, creativity, and the sharing of skills.

Driven by a team of dedicated volunteers and supported by a close partnership with the municipality, the association actively contributes to the ecological and social vitality of our region.
