Soligo offers community-based services to overcome barriers to mobility.

Its mission

To offer services at affordable rates* to remove barriers to mobility. The services offered are:

• · car repair and maintenance
• · vehicle rental
• · mobility assistance
• · sales and purchase assistance
• · preparation for the Class B driver’s license and the sale of recycled bicycles.

In addition to promoting and fostering the development of solidarity-based mobility, Soligo is actively committed to social integration through economic activity. In fact, solidarity garages do more than just offer repair services; they also serve as integration workshops. In practice, this means they employ individuals on a path to professional integration. These employees receive personalized support to define their career goals while being trained in the trade of mechanics, thereby promoting their access to sustainable employment.

Soligo 86 was launched in 2024 under the leadership of the Vienne Departmental Council. In addition to repair, maintenance, and assistance with buying and selling vehicles, a solidarity-based rental service will be launched soon. (e.prioton@soligo-mobilite.fr)
