 Pas Perdu is a concrete response to the challenge of food waste. We work to improve the quality of donations.

At Pas Perdu, our mission goes beyond simply collecting unsold food. We aspire to create a model of a compassionate city where every slice of bread and every prepared meal finds a place in the fight against food inequality.    Our goal is to build a network of committed partners, bringing together shops, caterers, event organizers, bakeries, and organizations.  We connect food service professionals to our network of charitable and student organizations, ensuring that every good product finds its place in the chain of mutual aid.
