The association “Centre d’expérimentation de la récup’ et du réemploi” was founded on February 3, 2015. The association runs the Zero-neuf resource center; the store opened on April 16, 2016. The store is located in Les Bordes-sur-Arize in Ariège.
These two Ariège-based associations committed to the fight against waste are made up of staff and volunteers who collect, recycle, and sell secondhand items, and organize workshops to raise awareness about waste reduction using community education methods.
These activities are part of a shared governance model with sustainable jobs.
For the online shop project, we chose to partner up to offer you a selection of rare and unusual items to browse online, without having to leave your home :)
This collaboration has also allowed us to adapt a salaried position for someone with a disability.
