Donate and reuse, rather than buy and waste
CartouCirc Boutique is a thrift store and resource center in Toulouse. We are located in the Cartoucherie neighborhood at 12 Rue Thomas Dupuy. At this community space, you can donate and browse for clothing (thrift store) and items (flea market).
CartouCirc is also a circular economy and resilience project.
We have opened our first secondhand clothing store: the BoutiC at 12 Rue Thomas Dupuy in La Cartoucherie: easily accessible, just 5 minutes from the tram line,
We also have an online store on Label Emmaüs, alongside other Emmaüs resource centers and communities in the social and solidarity economy. There you’ll find lovely secondhand items, vintage and non-vintage clothing, and more.
The association’s staff and volunteers organize the garage sale—a celebration of the circular and solidarity economy—in front of the Halle de la Cartoucherie. CartouCirc offers secondhand clothing and items there. You can find details in our online calendar.
We collect your donations on days when the BoutiC is open, before 6 p.m. Items we cannot repurpose are passed on to our partners.
