We are an organization founded in September 2008
We have also organized various workshops and are open to any good ideas that align with our values, exploring every possible way to build connections in our local community.
The association’s primary goal is to build connections through exchanges of all kinds—
ideas, services, goods, and information—while upholding certain values:
solidarity, respect for others, tolerance, and openness, in a nonpartisan spirit and without engaging in activism on general issues.
More specifically, our objectives can be summarized as follows:
– to encourage initiative and involvement in local activities;
– to promote the discovery of our local environment (heritage, residents, etc.); ;
– to promote access to local and general information on various topics (social, political, cultural, and economic news) to raise civic awareness;
– to promote active solidarity.
INITIATIVES IMPLEMENTED
- - the LETS (Local Exchange Trading System)
- The community garden
- The Zero Waste Conference was held on Friday, March 25—a friendly discussion about our shopping habits, behaviors, and how to reduce the amount of waste in our trash cans
- The entire Jardiniales team is pleased to invite you to its 12th plant fair and local farmers’ market and looks forward to welcoming you at the reception desk with a small welcome gift
- On April 15, the EAU and Mines d’Images workshops jointly organized an evening event as part of the Économie-Écologie festival, centered on the theme “Water: A Common Good?”
