The resource center, ENVIROBAT Occitanie, is a tool providing information and support to professionals in the fields of sustainable construction and development in Occitanie

The association’s mission is to carry out initiatives in the fields of sustainable construction, renovation, and urban planning, and to mobilize stakeholders in these sectors across the Occitanie region.

It is an evolving, cooperative, and participatory organization.

The association serves as a hub for exchange, resources, and reflection, open to all professionals, and is structured around four major pillars:

• Gathering, producing, promoting, and disseminating information
• Raising awareness, providing training, and facilitating networks of stakeholders
• Supporting stakeholders, their projects, and public policies
• Providing expert assessment of construction, renovation, and development projects

• A resource library: Regional and national news, regulatory information, technical publications, and more—all available online to keep professionals informed
• Publications: Guides, fact sheets, technical manuals, study reports, project summaries, meeting minutes, and lessons learned...
• Events and numerous gatherings organized to meet, discuss, share, and learn: Thematic working groups, expert panel discussions, site visits, conferences and trade shows, member network meetings, contributions to regional and national partner networks…
• Training and support for professionals to build their skills: Lessons learned from the REX BP program; training on monitoring the Sustainable Buildings and Sustainable Neighborhoods initiatives in Occitanie
• Support initiatives: The “Sustainable Buildings and Sustainable Neighborhoods in Occitanie” support and evaluation initiatives, decision-making tools tailored to regional contexts and climates.
• Observatories: The Energy Renovation Observatory, based on a regional assessment, provides insight into professionals’ practices and expectations.The Regional Observatory for Exemplary Buildings provides impartial, partnership-based expertise. The REX High-Performance Buildings initiative, in collaboration with the Construction Quality Agency, helps identify key issues related to evolving construction techniques.

320 members: The Envirobat Occitanie network brings together a broad community of stakeholders committed to sustainable construction and development.
It promotes the sharing of experiences, innovation, and skill development to accelerate the sector’s ecological transition.
Through this collective effort, it actively contributes to improving practices and disseminating low-carbon solutions in Occitanie.
