Les Fougères, a non-profit organization, is a platform that brings together skilled and passionate individuals from a wide range of fields, organized around four key areas:

The association aims to support project leaders in the design, implementation, and evaluation of their projects in a spirit consistent with the purpose described above.
The main methods used are: the dissemination of knowledge (awareness-raising, information, activities, training, testimonials, exchange of experiences); project support, consulting, and decision-making assistance; networking; research, analysis, and studies; the organization of events (training sessions, workshops, internships, conferences, seminars, meetings, trade shows, exhibitions, performances, festive and cultural events, etc.)

:- Connection to the Earth: agriculture, market gardening, orchards, livestock farming, and wild plants in the spirit of agroecology; protection of biodiversity; sustainable resource management.
- Food: healthy, organic, slow food, biogastronomy, raw food; short supply chains, North-North and North-South fair trade.
- Housing: cohousing; eco-friendly and low-energy housing in construction or renovation; everyday energy savings.
- Sustainable mobility: exploring alternatives to the car, specifically in rural
areas. - Health and well-being: the health-environment connection, personal development.
