Nestled in a lush 6,000-square-meter park, the Tiers-Lab des Transitions is a hybrid, cooperative, and vibrant space.
Comprising several buildings, it features a coworking space, offices, training rooms, a cafeteria, and a café. Each year, we welcome over 15,000 visitors—citizens, businesses, entrepreneurs, organizations, and artists—to learn, connect, and envision the transitions of tomorrow.

A living garden in the heart of Marseille
Set within a 6,000 m² protected wooded park, the Tiers-Lab des Transitions garden is an oasis of freshness and biodiversity, where history, nature, and community come together. With its orchard, Mediterranean plants, and wild areas, the garden serves as a testing ground for permaculture, soil regeneration, and sustainable water management.
Open to everyone, it hosts workshops, nature walks, and community projects to cultivate, together, a greener and more inclusive future.

Café Comète
Café Comète has set up shop in the Tiers-Lab garden and welcomes you every lunchtime from Monday through Thursday with delicious, socially conscious cuisine.

Sophie and Benjamin, two passionate entrepreneurs—one specializing in plant-based and floral cuisine, the other in sourdough baking—offer healthy, creative, and accessible
cuisine. Monday through Thursday
: Café open from 9 a.m. to 12
p.m.; Lunch served from 12 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.

The Farmers’
Market: Eating well and supporting producers who care about the environment and the well-being of all living things are among the values cherished by Tiers-Lab.
To bring the neighborhood together for simple, friendly gatherings and build bridges with local artisans, we invite you to join us every Thursday from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM for the farmers’ market!
