All products offered at the Capéchade Market come from local suppliers and are grown using sustainable or organic farming methods. You’ll find fresh produce (fruits, vegetables, cheeses, meat, fish, eggs, and bread) as well as dry goods (sweet and savory snacks, oils, and beverages).
La Capéchade, the Bassin de Thau Foodlab, aims to manage and facilitate a participatory space where people can share culinary, educational, and cultural experiences to discover and develop new, healthier, more sustainable, and community-focused food practices!
The project is aimed at both residents and professionals, and its program allows you to discover, participate in, and contribute to workshops, events, projects, and plenty of fun social gatherings!
The Capéchade association is dedicated to promoting sustainable and socially responsible food systems.
