Community Grocery Store

L'Échoppe grocery store welcomes you to its cozy atmosphere on the ground floor of La Minoterie. You can take the products home or enjoy them on-site at the Café des Minotiers or on the terrace.

The café and grocery store are open:

• Wednesday 12 PM–7 PM (fall–winter hours)
• Thursday 10 AM–8 PM
• Friday 10 AM–8 PM/10 PM *
• Saturday 10 a.m.–8 p.m./10 p.m. *

* On Fridays and Saturdays, closing times vary depending on scheduled events.

What can you find at the grocery store?

• - Jars and products from BERANGOU
• - The canned poultry and lingot beans come from a group of farms owned by the same family near Bérengou, in the Piège hills, 25 km from Gardouch, operating under the name SAS Tardieu. At La Minoterie, you’ll find cassoulet for 2 or 4 people, vacuum-sealed duck legs, duck à l’orange with olives, rillettes, and terrines…
• - Cold cuts and meats, vacuum-sealed cooked or cured ham, sausages, pâté, mixed platter for raclette... To eat in or take out. 
• - Pasta, flours, and legumes
• - Oils, sauces, and condiments
• - Treats, honeys, and jams
• - Chips, coffee, teas, herbal teas, and beverages to go...

 Managing fresh vegetables is too much work for our association.

So we turned to Antoine, a market gardener who supplies organic vegetable baskets: "Les Saveurs de la Terre," located in Lagarde, delivers its baskets every Friday afternoon to La Minoterie—sign up in advance!

La Minoterie is a community space serving the residents of our area and open to their initiatives. Thus, just like our other activities, the grocery store’s future will depend on what we do with it collectively. The “grocery” group is already considering possible new directions and developing initiatives related to food.
