AMAP: a local partnership between a group of consumers and one or more local producers, based on a system of distributing "baskets" filled with farm-fresh produce.

 We have established a community-based partnership between a group of consumers and local producers. The foundation of this partnership is a distribution system of “baskets” filled with farm-fresh produce. 

It is also a solidarity-based contract, founded on the financial commitment of consumers, who pay in advance for all their purchases over a defined period. This system therefore operates on the principle of trust and mutual accountability between consumer and producer.

A CSA is:

        * for the farmer, the maintenance of agricultural activity through a guaranteed income;

        * for the consumer, fresh, seasonal, organic food produced from local or heirloom plant varieties or animal breeds;

        * For both partners: a fair price.

We currently bring together 11 producers who feed about 100 families 

Meat, bread, vegetables, milk & cheese, and fruit are distributed every week
