Contributions / Solutions
The Ekolo Mundo portal and its search engine are open to all contributions, whether they come from individuals, associations, research centres or companies.
The solutions proposed are freely accessible in accordance with French copyright law (see next chapter). To propose a solution, simply register on our web platform and integrate solutions that meet Ekolo Mundo’s eligibility criteria and ethical rules. Each contributor must accept the terms and conditions of use and dissemination of the solutions.
The Ekolo Mundo association does not control the feasibility or viability of the proposed solutions. However, each proposed contribution will be published within a few days, after validation by a member of the Ekolo Mundo team. This validation will only check that the proposed solutions comply with the commitments and objectives of the Ekolo Mundo association.
In the event of refusal to publish a solution on our platform, no claim will be possible, as the Ekolo Mundo association remains the sole decision-maker in this matter.
French copyright law
La législation française sur les droits d’auteur
Under French law, any creation or ‘work of the mind’ (text, music, photography, video, website, multimedia creation, etc.) is automatically protected by copyright. The author/creator of a work thus holds inalienable moral rights and economic rights that they may transfer to third parties.
Copyright law only allows users of a work to view it and make copies for personal use.
