  • Assessment: Resource, PEMD (Products, Equipment, Materials, and Waste) is a mandatory regulatory assessment in France that must be conducted prior to demolition or renovation
  • Project Management Assistance (AMO)
  • Collection and storage in a 5,000 m² facility
  • Selective, preservation-oriented dismantling
  • Awareness-raising and training for the general public and construction industry professionals

The reuse of materials is a contemporary challenge in a construction sector governed by numerous regulations regarding the use of materials.

Rigorous traceability ensures that reused materials meet the construction industry’s high standards.

Traceability involves researching and analyzing materials. The information sought ranges from the material’s date of manufacture, its method of application, the relevant European or French standards, its origin, and its nature to any transformations it has undergone.
