Initiatives to Promote Mobility for Residents of Tarn-et-Garonne

The Montauban Services neighborhood management association is a nonprofit organization under the French Law of 1901 in which residents, the social housing provider, and the local government are represented, as well as partners involved in the initiatives being implemented.

The Mobilité 82 Platform has launched several initiatives to promote mobility for residents of Tarn-et-Garonne:

Mobiloc: Rental of two- and four-wheeled vehicles at subsidized rates for people who are employed or in training
To help beneficiaries get to work or their training programs, we offer rentals of:

•           bicycle
•           scooters
•      cars

Mechanic’s Helping Hand: Low-cost car repairs through a network of partner garages for recipients of minimum social benefits

Kezacode: A pre-training workshop on the Highway Code to help participants learn the specific vocabulary of the Highway Code

Active Mobility: A 5-week program exploring various modes of transportation in Tarn-et-Garonne (physical and psychological mobility). Helps participants identify their fears and barriers to getting around, and equips them with the tools to overcome these challenges and optimize their travel
