AMAP Côte Pavée is an AMAP (to be distinguished from the federation or network) founded in the summer of 2006.
Our AMAP specializes in organic vegetables: that is, it offers only organic vegetables supplied by our producer, Aurélien, who is based in Loupiac (a village 35 km from Toulouse).
Pickups take place at Place Pinel every Monday from 6:45 p.m. to 7:45 p.m.
Setup
The producer (Camille) arrives on Tuesday around 6:20 p.m. and is assisted with setting up by CSA members. Each AMAP member makes themselves available twice per semester (four times a year) to help set up and clean up by signing up via the shared file for AMAP members. The vegetables are displayed in bulk, and a sign indicates the quantities to take per basket or half-basket.
Pickup
Each AMAP member comes to pick up their basket or half-basket. Some chat, while others make a quick stop

Cleanup
Those who helped set up are also responsible for putting things away and cleaning up the premises.
Meetings
A general meeting is held every semester. A weekend at the farm is also organized every semester.
AMAP delivery period: May through December
