Combating food waste and sharing the joy of gardening

Nouvelle Pousse: A Marseille-based organization that fights against food waste and shares the joy of plants with as many people as possible!

 About

Nouvelle Pousse is a Marseille-based nonprofit with three main missions: to reduce plant waste, to make the joy of plants accessible to as many people as possible, and to raise awareness about the circular economy. In 2025, we opened Marseille’s first plant rescue center at the Friche La Belle de Mai, where we collect plants destined for the trash to give them a second life!

OUR INITIATIVES

 We offer:

• educational and fun workshops for adults and children on plant care, taking cuttings, nature appreciation, and greening initiatives.
• Low-cost plants that help reduce waste and are suited to your specific conditions.
• Learn how to care for plants by participating in our workshops or by coming to ask us for advice
•  A home for your plants that need a new one, whether gardening is a hobby or a profession for you.
• Personalized guidance to help you green your spaces in an eco-friendly and sustainable way!
