Mobylis is a nonprofit organization under the French Law of 1901, a social and solidarity economy entity, and a mobility platform serving the departments of Calvados, Manche, and Orne.

The association is also actively involved in a broader discussion on solidarity-based and inclusive mobility, as it is a founding member of the Mob’In Normandie network

OUR INITIATIVES

A wide range of inclusive solutions

We offer various inclusive solutions through several services:

• Mobility consulting and training for employment integration professionals, businesses, and local governments: Mobylis supports businesses through every stage of developing their mobility plan, from identifying key challenges to monitoring the implementation of actions.
• Individual support and mobility assessments: Working with each person to develop a tailored and sustainable solution for getting around—including individual support, follow-up, and workshops.
• Vehicle rentals at affordable rates (2- and 4-wheeled vehicles): MobyLoc, a comprehensive service for renting cars at affordable rates (example rates: Deposit: €230 in cash or by check; rental: €3 per day + 0.20 cts/km), , scooters, regular bicycles or e-bikes, and kick scooters. The rental service is available in several cities throughout the department
• Social garage:

• Community-based driving school: Access to the social driving school via a referral form from a social and vocational counselor; group information sessions (written test, interview, and driving evaluation); 100% in-person traffic rules instruction; driving lessons; exam fees included
