Mascobado is a small complex of two buildings located in the ZAC des Grisettes, a neighborhood on the southwestern outskirts of Montpellier.
It consists of 23 units, 18 for sale and 5 for rent, to promote social and generational diversity.
The shared spaces include:
We are united by shared values, expressed in a charter: solidarity, recognition of the collective and the individual, participation, active listening, eco-friendly choices, and openness to the outside world.
Legally speaking, Mascobado is a condominium managed by a volunteer cooperative board, which handles fees and maintenance within the framework provided by law.
But beyond that, all operations are decided and organized by the residents’ association, Mascobado, which brings us all together: tenants and owners.
Finally, we are all involved in the daily upkeep of the buildings: organized into teams, we take turns cleaning all common areas and taking out the trash.
