OUR CHOICES
We have chosen a soil activator that enriches the soil and preserves its biodiversity.
We favor crop rotation: a method of growing crops in succession and alternation on the same plot to maintain soil fertility.
We use Bordeaux mixture, an old-fashioned preparation that remains a staple among fungicides used in the garden. Highly effective, it helps combat many diseases. But even though it is permitted in organic farming, it should be used sparingly...
We mow green manure crops before flowering so they can decompose on the soil. This clippings will serve as mulch to conserve water
We use nettle tea: this product is a very effective natural fertilizer and repellent. Thanks to its high nitrogen content, nettle tea stimulates the growth of garden plants and vegetables and repels pests such as aphids, mites, and insects in general. As a repellent, it should be sprayed on the plants to be treated.
