Why did we create a Beginner’s Guide?

"For the past 10 years, in more than 50 countries, in cities and villages, institutions, and organizations, we have been supporting groups that want to launch the Transition. Drawing on this experience, we now have a relatively good understanding of what works and what doesn’t, and this is

what we want to share with you so that you can be as effective as possible, as quickly as possible.

We have written numerous documents and tools to help groups
make and be the Transition. In this Beginner’s Guide, we cover everything you need to know, from your first steps to setting
