What are the Reuse Workshops?

It is a physical facility that collects construction materials destined for disposal, with the aim of giving them a second life.

Les Ateliers du réemploi identifies sources of materials (demolition, renovation, and new construction sites, etc.), selects materials that can be reused or repurposed/transformed, and organizes their collection.

Les Ateliers du Réemploi also invite professionals to drop off their materials and reduce their disposal costs at the recycling center. Of course, companies must comply with the platform’s specifications and blacklist.

Please note: sorting beforehand is essential because we are not a waste disposal site!

It is also a workshop for reconditioning and repurposing these materials. They are identified, sorted, cleaned, and resized; depending on their condition, they may be offered for reuse (for the same purpose) or transformed—or even repurposed.  Design and repurposing work will be carried out to create unique fixtures and furniture with the goal of minimizing unusable waste as much as possible.

This is a retail space intended for both individuals and professionals. Different categories of materials are offered to allow everyone to find the material they are looking for, whether they are more or less handy, depending on their budget and project.  Prices will be set based on the time required to process them—no more, no less—with the goal of selling as much as possible at fair prices.
