To ultimately create a new economic, ecological, social, and community-oriented dynamic throughout the Upper Aude Valley, based on active and shared mobility

 The TRAME Association is a nonprofit organization established under the French Law of 1901, whose goal is to eventually create a new economic, ecological,  and socially responsible dynamic in the Upper Aude Valley, based on active and shared mobility.

Our initiatives:

Ticket Trame: A network of local merchants who accept Ticket Trame in exchange for their products and offer services that facilitate carpooling.

The Relay Points welcome, inform, and assist users in signing up, finding a ride, and exchanging euros for Trame tickets.

Share Smart! This is a program that allows you to share your vehicle, whether it’s a car, an electric bike, or a regular bike.  This program makes it easier for people who don’t own a vehicle or who prefer not to commit to buying or maintaining a personal vehicle to access one.  As an owner, you have the opportunity to share the costs associated with your vehicle by making it available to others when you are not using it.

“Transportez Solidaire!” is a social transport scheme governed by the Mobility Framework Act. In fact, since late 2019, it has been possible for an association to organize social transport.  This involves, under certain conditions, offering a beneficiary the opportunity to be accompanied by a volunteer driver during their trips (administrative, medical, etc.) or even to run errands.  This is in exchange for compensation* to the volunteer driver per kilometer traveled (distance calculated between the driver’s departure address and their return address)

The “Covoiturez Malin!” program is a carpooling service offered by La Trame.  In fact, supported by a network of local partners and relay points, we offer a matching system to help you organize carpooling within the territories of the communities of municipalities of the Pyrénées-Audoises and Limouxin.

Our call center provides information on existing transportation options in the area, connects you with partners who can assist you, and offers community-based mobility solutions that do not require digital literacy.

Our Projects: Community-based Mobility in Local Communities

The goal is to support municipalities and citizens in implementing community-based mobility in their communities and to rebuild social connections.  This initiative is primarily intended for people in precarious or isolated situations, to enable them to access care and services through a solidarity-based mobility solution tailored to each local context.  La Trame will help interested citizens and municipalities to design and develop solidarity-based mobility in their communities.

Based on a participatory methodology, the approach will be co-developed during workshops organized for this purpose; it may vary from one municipality to another. However, it will always incorporate a “test/evaluate/adapt” process.
