The association aims to create and manage a neighborhood grocery store—a welcoming space offering light meals that is accessible to all and aligned with sustainable development criteria—and to organize cultural, artistic, and educational events

Our economic project is first and foremost the creation of a place—a community-run grocery store with a welcoming space: L'Epicerie Perchée.

A two-in-one space. 

• A retail business to enable as many people as possible to consume quality products through a warm welcome and personalized advice, as we place closeness to our customers at the heart of our community space.   

The marketing of quality products involves a rigorous selection of our local suppliers, with whom we establish a fair and sustainable policy that allows us to promote a short-chain and circular economy, which translates into:

. Support for small-scale farms practicing non-industrial organic agriculture, thereby supporting the local economy

. The guarantee of the fairest possible purchase price for the producer.

. Affordable prices for consumers, making it easier for them to access local, high-quality, and seasonal products.

. An emphasis on the pleasure of eating through mastery and knowledge of the products.

. A welcoming place to chat and share, whether over a drink, a light meal, asking for advice, or discussing favorite finds.

• Based on this ecological and economic project, the grocery store aims to bring together and engage residents of the Haut Livron neighborhood, the town of Livron, and the surrounding area, to share convivial and creative moments.  This welcoming space will be a place where people feel at home, open to everyone and rich in intergenerational encounters. It will also serve as a catalyst for community activities and artistic expression.

As part of an eco-friendly, environmentally responsible approach, we hope that everyone can get involved in this project and play an active role. The community grows stronger by building connections and sharing skills, knowledge, and experiences.
