Our Vegetable Baskets
We offer a weekly subscription to our organic vegetable baskets. The vegetables are grown in our two gardens located in Riantec and Pont-Scorff. Each week, we fill your basket with 3 to 8 varieties of fresh, seasonal organic vegetables.
Three basket sizes are available
The basket is available for pickup each week at our gardens (Riantec, Pont-Scorff) or at one of our pickup locations in the Lorient area (map of pickup locations)
Organic
Our production is certified Organic. Our vegetables are grown with respect for biodiversity, the men and women who cultivate them, and of course, the consumers.
Local
Optim’ism vegetables are grown and harvested at the Jardin de La Croizetière in Riantec and the Ferme de Saint-Urchaut in Pont-Scorff. In just a few hours, they go from our fields to your baskets and then to your plates… Freshness guaranteed!
Supporting the Community
Your purchases create jobs! At its two gardens, Optim’ism recruits and supports people who want and need to work. During their time at Optim’ism, they receive support and training to develop their skills and pursue their goals.
If you have difficulty getting around, you will soon be able to have your basket delivered to your home by cargo bike, at no extra charge. Deliveries will be made by volunteers from Happy Syklett, who will be delighted to share a friendly moment with you. To access this service, please contact us by email
