INFORMATION CENTER FOR SOLIDARITY-BASED DEVELOPMENT
CIDES was founded in 1981 by a collective of Toulouse-based international solidarity associations and is a member of the RITIMO network.
Run by volunteers, its main objective is to “promote popular education for solidarity-based development.” CIDES hosts meetings and events (debates, workshops, etc.) for its member associations.
