"Cultivons notre Avenir" is an educational game designed to make the challenges of the ecological transition accessible.
A simple, fun, and unifying experience that helps forge concrete connections with the daily lives of French people.
The challenges of the ecological transition too often seem divisive, inaccessible, or reserved for the wealthiest.
Cultivons Notre Avenir was designed to address a key observation: while the environmental movement was gaining momentum between 2018 and 2022, it has since become an increasingly polarizing—even divisive—topic. In response, we aim to make the discussion accessible by fostering constructive and positive debate, transforming it into a unifying topic.
Cultivons Notre Avenir is a 45-minute workshop in which participants are divided into two teams that compete against each other over four rounds.
Each group’s goal is to halve the carbon footprint of the French population through proposed actions. Each round provides an opportunity for debate and allows participants to debrief, understand the scale of the issue, and connect it to direct co-benefits relevant to daily life.
