MAD is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting vulnerable populations in addressing mobility-related issues within the Le Havre Seine Métropole community of municipalities. Through various initiatives, MAD works to ensure access to and facilitate mobility for all, with the goal of promoting social and professional integration.

Coordination and Outreach Mission

• Serve as a “mobility” support hub for all stakeholders (Pôle Emploi, Missions Locales, C.C.A.S., CAF, etc.) by acting as a “one-stop shop”

• Develop and consolidate a consistent range of services across the region (provision of vehicles / community garage / access to driver’s licenses / guidance on public and non-polluting transportation, etc.)

Mission to Develop Innovative Services

• Develop innovative services across the region in collaboration with partners, tailored to specific target groups (job seekers, people with disabilities, etc.)

Support Mission

• Conduct individual assessments of mobility challenges and provide tailored support (mobility skills assessment / mobility pathway)

• Analyze local needs to serve as a social mobility observatory and collaborate with relevant stakeholders (transportation services, social solidarity and employment services, Agenda 21, etc.)
