The Lieux communs cooperative was founded in 2013 by Les Ecossolies and the users of Solilab to manage all aspects of the space.
Today, we are expanding our scope of action to include the management and operation of community spaces and the development of a real estate and land strategy for the social and solidarity economy (SSE).
Solilab, a space created by Les Ecossolies to promote alternative consumption, organize events, and develop economic activity within the social and solidarity economy (SSE) Solilab, our flagship space on the Île de Nantes Since Solilab opened in 2014, Lieux communs has been responsible for the cooperative management of the space, its operations, marketing, and programming.
A constantly evolving space for experimentation, a laboratory for social and environmental innovation, a third place, a meeting point for those who work and consume differently… Solilab is all of these things at once!
ESScale Mabon A collective workspace co-managed by Lieux Communs and the CRESS of the Pays de la Loire, bringing together 12 organizations from the Social and Solidarity Economy in the Loire region.
After completing the feasibility study and economic modeling of the ESScale Mabon site on behalf of the CRESS des Pays de la Loire, we are now working on modeling a third place for solidarity-based eco-construction and the Social and Solidarity Economy (SSE) on behalf of the Echobat network.
