SOCIAL REUSE IN NOUVELLE-AQUITAINE

Reuse extends the useful life of objects, thereby reducing waste production and conserving resources.
Reuse organizations collect all kinds of items to sort, repair, or even improve them, or repurpose them for a new use, and then resell these revitalized items. Reuse is considered solidarity-based when it is carried out by nonprofit organizations, run by volunteers, and focused on employment and social integration.

The Network’s mission is to support the creation and development of resource centers and recycling centers at the regional level. The network assists project leaders in formulating their projects by sharing information on how a resource center or recycling center operates, providing knowledge of funding mechanisms, and connecting them with relevant partners.
