Description

FORTS POUR DEMAIN FOREST-GARDEN: A SUSTAINABLE, COMMUNITY-BASED FOOD ECOSYSTEM

Our association is experimenting with the forest-garden model to replace, as much as possible, the negative spiral of a food system that contributes to the environmental crisis with the virtuous cycle of a sustainable, community-driven forest-garden that protects the environment, nourishes people, fosters collective intelligence, and raises awareness

4 missions for our forest garden

FEED: Locally, sustainably, and organically. Create a resilient food production system.

PROTECT: Decarbonize by capturing CO2, limit the greenhouse effect, and preserve biodiversity.

SPREAD THE WORD: Share this experience and develop a digital model for managing a forest-garden to scale up effectively and quickly.

LIVING TOGETHER: Creating an intergenerational space for cooperation, recreation, and culture to foster social connections, sharing, and community spirit.
