Réno’Acc’—a Normandy-based network for supported self-renovation—brings together stakeholders who help households carry out home improvement projects on their own, with the guidance of a professional.

A participatory project brings together, around a construction or renovation project:

• non-professional volunteers;
• a project owner (individual, property owner, resident, household, etc.) hosting the project
•  a professional responsible for technical coordination. This is why it is called “supported.”

Réno’Acc lists the professionals and organizations practicing ARA (supported self-renovation) in Normandy. Depending on your situation, you’ll find professionals or organizations on the attached map that can support you in your self-renovation project.

The “Pro du Réno’Acc” designation is intended for all professionals who provide support for self-renovation, whether on an ad hoc or regular basis

The purpose of this designation is to:

• highlight professionals committed to supported self-renovation;
• establish the conditions for the safe development of supported self-renovation in Normandy through the systematic use of Réno’Acc’ tools (quality procedures, site agreements, etc.);
• pool and share experiences from supported self-renovation projects.
