AFAPCA—the Resource and Engineering Center for Integration and Employment—is a regional association that has been active in the Cantal region for over 30 years. Throughout its history, the association has been a driving force behind innovative projects and initiatives, with a consistent goal of promoting the social and professional integration of people who are far from the job market. AFAPCA operates the Cantal'Mouv platform, which supports job seekers and those seeking integration by improving their mobility.
This mobility platform has a dual objective:
- To inform and train support professionals and create a network focused on mobility for all, to advance mobility in the department—whether for people with disabilities, seniors, youth, or any adults whose mobility is limited.
- By promoting existing mobility-related services.
- By strengthening and developing initiatives and supporting the sharing of transportation.
- To offer beneficiaries referred by a healthcare provider “support” to enable as many people as possible to travel independently throughout the region and keep residents in their local communities.
- By offering a Mobility Assessment service (an evaluation of the beneficiary’s resources, skills, abilities, barriers, and motivation, aimed at tailoring and supporting beneficiaries’ journeys based on their career goals).
- By offering “Savoir Bouger” and “Pouvoir Bouger” Individualized Support services.

- “License Pathway” Support
- Financing solutions for “Vehicle Repair, Purchase, and Rental”
