To enable young people aged 16 to 25 who are neither employed nor enrolled in school or training to discover, through hands-on experience, careers in the green transition.
PRO "Side Step" Program
(7 weeks, each with a 4-day theme)
A program designed to introduce participants to careers in the green transition, allowing them to gain hands-on experience in a variety of fields.
Each week is dedicated to a different professional field; at the end of each week, participants learn about careers related to the theme as well as the training programs required to enter them.
The program is fully funded for young people aged 16 to 25 if completed in its entirety (all 7 weeks).
The goal?
To identify what you like—and what you don’t like—and why, in order to find a professional field that suits your profile.
To explore and develop skills in various fields.
