At our branches and through our partners, we offer fun workshops for all skill levels to help people become more independent online.
Every year, we support hundreds of social workers who are dealing with the new technological challenges faced by the people they serve.
Applying for a job, finding housing, scheduling a doctor’s appointment, renewing identification documents, paying taxes, accessing social benefits, tracking your children’s school progress… people now need to go online to access essential everyday services, even though 36% of citizens encounter at least one obstacle when using digital tools in their daily lives. (Digital Barometer 2025).
For people in precarious situations, the consequences of what is now called “digital exclusion” are particularly severe: cut off from digital services due to a lack of resources to acquire the necessary equipment or basic knowledge, they are deprived of essential services and hindered in their efforts to achieve greater stability. Digital technology is becoming an additional factor of exclusion for millions of people.
